gusto!

gusto! is a fast-casual restaurant concept founded in 2014 by former NFL quarterback Nate Hybl. The company reimagines fast food with healthy, flavorful and affordable customizable bowls and wraps built on high-quality proteins, fresh vegetables and globally-inspired flavour medleys, including Korean BBQ, Mediterranean, Thai and Polynesian. Its menu is designed to accommodate a range of dietary lifestyles, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, low-carb and macro-conscious options.

The first gusto! location opened in Atlanta in 2014, and the company now operates more than 12 locations across metro Atlanta, Georgia. Its areas of focus include culinary R&D and menu development, fast-casual restaurant operations and multi-unit restaurant expansion.
