POSITION STATUS/HOURS:Part-time .8 FTE (32 hours/week) Monday – Friday in a clinic setting

JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a fully licensed, compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health services to children and adults in the Rural Health Clinic. The LCSW will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based psychotherapy, coordinate care with other providers and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The ideal candidate is an empathetic, dependable professional who values client-centered care, ethical practice and collaboration.
DUTIES INCLUDE (NOT EXHAUSTIVE LIST):
•Conduct psychosocial assessments, clinical evaluations, and ongoing assessments of client needs
•Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy and other behavioral health interventions within the scope of licensure for clients.
•Coordinate care with physicians, mental health professionals, community agencies, schools, and other service providers as appropriate.
•Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and appropriate referrals when clinically indicated.
•Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in accordance with applicable laws, professional standards, and organizational policies.
•Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultation, supervision, and continuing education.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Master’s Degree and license in Social Work (LCSW)
2.Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
