Colden Corporation is an independent health, safety, and environmental consulting firm founded in 1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It develops and delivers tailored health, safety, and environmental (HSE) program development and consulting services to U.S. and international organisations, working with clients across diverse industries that include Fortune 100 companies and other premier organisations. Its technical work spans industrial hygiene, occupational safety and environmental health and safety.

The firm operates seven offices in key markets nationwide and, in 2026, marks three decades in business. It is owned and managed by practising Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIHs) and Certified Safety Professionals (CSPs), and the three founders - David de Lalla, Greg Richey and Chris Wesley - remain actively involved in the firm.
