Central Valley Ag

Central Valley Ag (CVA) is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in York, Nebraska, serving more than 10,000 farmers and ranchers across Nebraska, Iowa and Kansas. The cooperative supplies products and services spanning grain, agronomy, feed and energy, and has grown in part through unification with several cooperatives in Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska.

Its agronomy business provides fertilizers, chemicals, seed and crop protection products to member-owners, alongside crop insurance and financial programs. Grain services cover storage, merchandising and marketing, while an energy division delivers fuels and lubricants to farming operations across the region. Nine feed mills supply livestock producers.

Technical work at the cooperative centres on precision agriculture and data-driven agricultural decision making. Its FieldReveal platform is a precision agriculture product designed to help farmers make data-driven decisions about their fields. Precision Farming Dealer magazine named Central Valley Ag the most valuable dealership in 2018.

As a cooperative, CVA reinvests in the communities it serves and returns value to member-owners through patronage programs. It also runs scholarship programs for member-owners and their families.
