Job Title: Junior Project Scheduler
Location: Remote (Colorado-based candidates only)
Experience Level: 2–5 Years
Position Overview
We’re seeking a Junior Scheduler to support our Postal/Parcel Group, which delivers repeatable, direct-to-owner industrial projects for major logistics clients. This role is remote, but candidates must reside in Colorado and be available for occasional in-person meetings in Denver and monthly travel out of state for site visits.
This is a new role within the team, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, specialized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Projects as the primary tool
- Support scheduling efforts with Primavera P6,Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or other tools as needed
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment
- Prioritize tasks based on client needs and project timelines
- Participate in meetings and site visits to gather real-time project data
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in a role focused solely on scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required
- Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), or similar scheduling tools is a plus
- Background in GC or subcontractor environments
- Understanding of commercial construction processes and lifecycles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills – articulate, clear, and confident
- Extroverted personality with a collaborative mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay and Benefits
