The salary range for this position is:
$28.30 - $41.24 Hourly
$2,264.31 - $3,299.22Biweekly
$4,906.00 - $7,148.31 Monthly
$58,872.00 - $85,779.72 Annually
As a Business Analyst, this position partners with the Senior Business Analyst on business process and documentation. Areas of work will be within the business process and inventory supporting the processes to identify, document, design, and map processes within the FAMLI Division. This position is required to understand all of the Division’s programs, units, teams, impacts, process needs and to identify and provide recommendations to meet business needs.
This position uses their business analysis experience to model current and future state business processes using techniques like flowcharts and data flow diagrams within the work units of the Division.
In working in these areas, a leading objective is to embody and create exceptional customer service and customer success while meeting the needs of the Divisions high-profile program for the State of Colorado. The position will collaborate with stakeholders within FAMLI and across CDLE, to help identify requirements for new areas and/or changes to existing internal programs. A positive demeanor with timely and professional team and stakeholder engagement is required. In this position the ability to partner with key leadership in innovative and collaborative methods is essential.
This position will work in partnership and under the guidance of the Senior Business Analyst to create and update roadmaps, workflows, structures and systems, and maintain logs of work that need to be completed.
This position may work with entities to identify the most efficient and effective ways for working, while keeping all key objectives in focus.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience Only:
Six (6) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position such as professional analysis of business processes , data interpretation and of policies in order to provide process development.
OR
Education And Experience
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to six (6) years such as professional analysis of business processes , data interpretation and of policies in order to provide process development.
Preferred Qualifications
