Duration: 1 year (extension based on performance & business needs)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote; Tues-Thurs onsite preferred)

Job Summary
The
Project Manager (Contractor), Office of Integrations & Acquisitions (OOIA), reports through
Clinical Sciences, Strategic Operations and is responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional projects across Clinical Sciences stakeholders. This role requires a proven track record in leading large- and small-scale transformations from
strategy through execution, with measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive deliverable preparation and own project outputs, including process or analytical models, compliance documentation, and presentation materials.
- Develop and assess integrated project plans, status reports, and issue tracking to facilitate resolution.
- Lead business teams in developing current and future state process models.
- Support the OOIA Program Manager in navigating change management processes effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with management, SMEs, and cross-functional teams inside and outside Clinical Sciences to implement best practices and solutions.
- Build strong working relationships with project team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Provide project management support on integration-related initiatives within OOIA.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in health science field required (MD, DO, Pharm.D, RPh, or BSN preferred); advanced degree a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. Broad knowledge of Clinical, Clinical Pharmacology, Data & Statistical Sciences, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and Regulatory highly desirable.
- Strong project management experience in pharma.
- Preferred: Background in leading integrations and acquisitions.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; proven success working across cross-functional teams.
