Position Summary

We’re seeking a part-time Project Manager to join our fast-growing team and support mission-critical projects. In this role, you will manage project timelines, coordinate internal teams, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, business analysts, and federal stakeholders
Track and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client check-ins
Communicate project updates, blockers, and milestones to leadership and clients
Maintain documentation including project plans, reports, and meeting notes
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements
