Position Overview
As the Sr. Commercial Planning & Project Manager, you'll be the strategic engine behind the successful execution of commercialization initiatives and strategic planning across the CELSIUS® and Alani Nu portfolios. This is your opportunity to shape cross-functional alignment, enhance innovation project delivery, and elevate commercial planning standards across the organization.
You'll bring deep expertise in portfolio project management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional leadership to drive AOP milestone delivery, OTIF innovation launches, and performance scorecard accuracy. You'll play a critical role in achieving key performance metrics such as Stage Gate Adherence, Cross-Functional Alignment Score, and Executive Communication Effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in commercial planning, marketing, or portfolio project management within the food and beverage or CPG industry
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with syndicated data analysis, financial modeling, and performance score-carding
- Knowledge of shopper insights, channel strategy, and innovation commercialization lifecycle
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, CRM platforms, and project reporting systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and facilitate task force meetings to drive innovation projects through all commercialization stages with strong adherence to PBNA Stage Gates
- Build and manage project timelines to ensure execution milestones are met and OTIF innovation launches are achieved
- Develop and present commercial launch strategies, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Legal
- Monitor and report on % of Innovation SKUs Meeting or Exceeding Forecast and Scorecard Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness
- Frame and communicate the annual commercial AOP plan, tracking milestone delivery against deadlines and collaborating across departments
- Partner with internal stakeholders and PBNA Commercial Operating Team to optimize cross-functional planning and drive a high Cross-Functional Alignment Score
- Analyze syndicated and financial data to deliver actionable recommendations for innovation and AOP performance
- Support executive presentations with compelling narratives and insights to enhance Executive Communication Effectiveness
- Contribute to the strategic planning roadmap for the Growth and Strategic Planning department
- Ensure readiness and execution of Looks of Success, NSM decks, and RTM plans in alignment with brand and channel priorities

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
