Position Summary
We’re seeking a part-time Project Manager to join our fast-growing team and support mission-critical projects. In this role, you will manage project timelines, coordinate internal teams, ensure clear communication with stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, business analysts, and federal stakeholders
- Track and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client check-ins
- Communicate project updates, blockers, and milestones to leadership and clients
- Maintain documentation including project plans, reports, and meeting notes
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent role
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with remote and distributed teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with federal government contracts or digital services
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other project management tools
