Role and Responsibilities
In this physically active role, Warehouse Order Picker play a vital part in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Your work will involve the movement and organization of goods while upholding a safe and orderly environment. Key responsibilities include: * Loading and unloading product cases and pallets from trucks * Picking and scanning items using inventory technology to match order requirements * Safely operating powered equipment, including forklifts (certification and training provided) * Stacking product directly on trailer floors or using carts for loading * Completing cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain warehouse standards
Required Skills And Experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods during the shift
- Comfortable performing tasks that involve bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and stretching
- Physically able to manage repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
- Open to working at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts
- Able to work in environments with extreme temperatures, loud machinery, humidity, or slippery floors
