People Coordinator
The People Coordinator will focus on handling a wide range of administrative tasks to support a compliant, people-focused HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update information in HRIS applications and other databases including employee directory.
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date personnel records including contact information, emergency contact, and work address.
- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes including data entry, requesting background checks, IT provisioning, and handling Form I-9 verification.
- Assist with benefit administration including data entry and accurate recordkeeping.
- Assisting with payroll processing including processing garnishments, contractor timesheets, etc.
- Manage Learning subscription including managing users, tracking learner progress, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Administer and coordinate performance management cycle.
- Support various employee engagement initiatives including the employee newsletter, virtual networking, and annual holiday parties.
- Supporting departmental projects and initiatives including creating reports, presentations, and other requested documents.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, administrative field, or related.
- Experience with HRIS system is a plus
- Familiarity with both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for maintaining accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information is required.
