What Success Looks Like
- Lead the scheduling function for landscape and hardscape installations across multiple crews and job sites
- Manage production flow by reviewing master schedules, builder timelines, and internal capacity constraints
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure material availability aligns with job timelines
- Monitor daily and weekly progress, resolving conflicts or delays to keep schedules on track
- Forecast labor needs and job volume by customer, product type, and geographic zone
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules using internal software systems and scheduling tools
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports including weekly revenue projections, PO forecasting, and variance reports by install type
- Build and maintain strong communication with field managers, customers, and vendor partners to ensure timely execution
- Supervise Scheduling Expeditor(s), providing training, daily oversight, and issue resolution as needed
- Serve as a point of escalation for scheduling conflicts or service delivery challenges
- Continuously evaluate and refine scheduling practices, improving predictability and scalability
- Assist with onboarding and training of new scheduling staff and provide performance coaching

Requirements
What Sets You Apart
- 3+ years of experience in construction, operations, or logistics scheduling; landscape industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience preparing reports, forecasts, and analyzing variances against production targets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external customers
- Supervisory experience with the ability to delegate, coach, and lead a small team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and results
- Flexible and responsive to business needs, including occasional overtime or weekend work
