Description:You will be the Industrial Security Rep Asc for the Security team. Our team is responsible for managing and implementing security protocols for special programs.
What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with program management, engineers, and program security to load, download and transfer data to/from various systems.
- Assisting the SPOC Lead with all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical and classification management.
- Completing Program Access Requests (PAR) and Pre-Screening Questionnaires (PSQ).
- Scheduling, coordinating, deconflicting, facilitating and executing all classified SAP / SCI VTC/ conference room activities for on-site and visiting Executives.
- Maintaining conference room upkeep and providing program management support.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.
This is a full-time on-site position and has a set work shift requirement. In office working hours are 7AM CST-5PM CST, Monday-Thursday. Any deviation requires managers approval.
Basic Qualifications:― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)and DoD 5205.07.
― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
― Advanced computer skills with the ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
― Computer experience to include transferring data
― Current Top Secret clearance with an investigation date within five years and be able to obtain SCI clearance upon employment.
― Must be available to work the following hours: 7AM CST-5PM CST, Monday-Thursday.
Desired Skills:― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance
― Experience working DoD Special Access Programs
― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player
― Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
― Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
― Ability and willingness to accommodate occasional off-shift hours
― Highly organized and detail oriented
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
