Key Responsibilities:
As General Manager, you will oversee and integrate all core aspects of our business operations, including:
- Coordinating the marketing calendar across all channels
- Managing relationships and performance of our external ad agencies
- Leading and facilitating B2B partnerships and wholesale deals
- Supervising warehouse operations and fulfillment personnel
- Building and leading a growing cross-functional team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business operations, growth marketing, or general management
- A strategic thinker who can execute and lead
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience working with agencies, retail partners, or in e-commerce is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
