WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a UX / UI Designer IV, who as part of the Ad Solutions team, will be responsible for leading the design of new ad solutions and optimize existing ones, keeping the offerings innovative and competitive. You will work directly with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate business and user needs into impactful product solutions.
Our team powers innovative and data-driven advertising experiences across the ecosystem of devices, including TV, phones, and connected devices. We create tools and experiences that connect brands with consumers, delivering value to both.
The Ad Solutions Design team works closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and build high-quality product experiences. The team drives the future of performance solutions that deliver full-funnel outcomes. This high-priority team has recently announced the successful launch of products such as Optimal Reach, Data+, Mobile Conversions, and Web Conversions
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives: independently own large-scale projects from concept to launch, including strategic ideation, detailed flows, wireframes, visuals, and specifications.
- Set the quality bar: deliver best-in-class product experiences across multiple platforms, focusing on simplicity, cohesion, and innovation.
- Leverage and extend design systems: effectively apply and evolve existing design systems to create cohesive, scalable user experiences across products, ensuring consistency in visual language and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, marketers and other designers to define problems and deliver polished product solutions.
- Influence global platform teams: drive consensus across partner teams - such as Home, Gaming, and Digital Appliances - through exploratory design and clear communication.
- Practice user-centered design: deeply understand the needs of our customers and advertisers through participation in industry forums, user research, and usability testing. Incorporate insights into design decisions.
- Design citizenship: elevate the Design culture through collaboration, peer mentorship, and thoughtful feedback.
Required Experience and Education:
- 8+ years of experience in Design (UI, UX, Product), including experience designing B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years relevant experience.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, strategic problem solving skills, and a high level of craft.
- Experience in ad-tech is a plus.
- Experience with multi-platform products (e.g., apps that span mobile + TV, or connected ecosystems) is a plus.
- Experience with multi-language products is a plus.
- Experience running user research sessions is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced user experiences or contextual design patterns is a plus.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
