We're seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Manager to support the execution of email marketing campaigns across seasonal and digital programs. This role ensures smooth collaboration across creative, marketing, and technical teams, driving the successful delivery of high-volume campaigns on time and with precision.

- Rate: $50/hr range
Responsibilities:
Campaign & Asset Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day project workflows for email and digital campaigns from kickoff through launch
- Own and maintain project trackers, monitoring hundreds of deliverables with clear visibility into status
- Document and consolidate feedback, meeting notes, action items, and next steps throughout the project lifecycle
- Collect and organize campaign inputs such as brand assets, promotional details, and localized content
- Update and maintain shared documentation, including partner-facing decks and campaign summaries
Email Marketing Support
- Assist in weekly email deployment prep: compile legal templates, links, and required assets
- Assemble and QA inputs such as audience segments, targeting lists, and creative assets
- Review creative, copy, and links for accuracy and consistency
- Support media review processes and generate tracking links for customized campaign variations
- Participate in weekly deployment and QA sessions, ensuring readiness across platforms
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Partner closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Drive cross-functional communication, supporting meetings and managing deliverables
- Help maintain standards for CRM, email, and social creative production
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator within a creative, digital, or marketing environment
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and CRM campaign execution
- Strong familiarity with creative production workflows for digital channels
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Clear and proactive communicator, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and the Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar)
- Solid Excel skills, including formulas and data organization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, media, and marketing stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM and digital creative standards
- A collaborative mindset and a sense of humor are highly appreciated
