Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator or Project Manager to support project execution and delivery in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing project documentation, stakeholder communications, and tracking deliverables while supporting cross-functional teams across procurement, scheduling, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project documentation (budgets, schedules, scope, change logs).
- Coordinate project meetings, follow up on action items, and manage stakeholder communication.
- Track project progress using tools like JIRA and escalate issues proactively.
- Support procurement processes and resource allocation efforts.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed timelines.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
