About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator – In-Restaurant Content to support the planning and execution of content for in-restaurant digital channels, including kiosks and digital menu boards (DMBs). This role ensures content aligns with marketing priorities and is delivered on time with accuracy and excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, coordinate creative deliverables, and help bring the brand experience to life in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the content calendar for kiosk and digital menu board experiences, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and test calendars.
- Coordinate with Brand, Creative, Product, and Marketing Operations teams to support go-to-market plans for new product launches and test initiatives.
- Track and organize creative asset needs for in-restaurant experiences, managing requests through established briefing processes.
- Support project management of creative workflows, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance of assets.
- Communicate with external vendor partners to track creative development timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain visual planning tools (e.g., Figma) with updated schematics and roadmaps for upcoming content launches.
