About the Company:
This role is for a rapidly growing e-commerce intelligence company powering the future of retail. We’re looking for a highly organized and energetic Office Administrator to join our Seattle HQ and help create a seamless, engaging, and productive workplace experience for our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Seattle office, ensuring all common areas and conference rooms are clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Coordinate office amenities including snack inventory, catered lunches, and team events across HQ and satellite locations.
- Handle maintenance requests and oversee upkeep of office equipment and facilities.
- Support the recruiting team by scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth, welcoming candidate experience.
- Act as a culture ambassador—bringing positive energy, proactive support, and a passion for creating a great workplace.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support internal events, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for people and culture.
Compensation:
💵 $20–$25/hour with flexibility depending on experience.
