Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP and A), consulting, or a related field, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with building financial reporting, produce analysis, implementing monitoring and implementing reporting solutions.
- Experience in developing strategies in engaging environments with excellent business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the business goals.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Experience with SQL.
- Ability to work with data to produce analysis, collaborate in decision making with numerical analysis and generating insights.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing a holistic view of marketing investments, enabling informed decision-making at the executive level. You will work on process management, data aggregation, and communication. You will run queries, create insightful reports, capture messages, and distill them into executive summaries.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000-$132,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead and orchestrate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles, providing visibility into Google’s marketing spend and resource allocation decisions.
- Act as a business partner to various marketing teams, managing purchase orders, overseeing cost management, reporting on budgets, and contributing to financial planning.
- Become the aggregator and synthesizer of financial data, working across products and business units to compile a consolidated view of marketing performance.
- Develop and refine essential financial processes and reporting frameworks, focusing on efficiency and quality. You will coordinate with risk and compliance teams to ensure communication and implementation.
- Produce executive summaries, transforming financial data and messages into insights for leadership. Identify, measure and analyze performance metrics to provide guidance and insights, and drive improvements in marketing effectiveness.
