As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting this mission by finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring the talent that brings our services to life. The objective of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to to build and maintain a full recruitment cycle to ensure LIVunLtd always meet its staffing requirements.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruiting Amenity Management Roles within Hospitality - residential, corporate & recreation management + Management Level Positions.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers + Operations team to determine / understand candidate job posting requirements.
- Manage job postings in ATS / Post to appropriate websites to provide the best candidate flow.
- Proactively research + creatively utilize various sources to increase candidate flow.
- Assist recruiting efforts for Executive level positions + when help is needed.
- Research posting best practices.
- Understand the ATS to answer questions + provide guidance to the hiring managers as needed.
- Manage the candidate flow between our ATS + management.
- Review resumes + schedule interviews - Include HR team members + hiring managers when necessary.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networking resources for open positions across all verticals (Concierge, Spa, Fitness).
- Stay informed and updated on recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Perform monthly audit of job postings to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain + track previously interviewed candidates + build strategic talent pipeline.
- Maintain a solid understanding of employment law and general HR practices.
- Develop + implement recruiting strategies / Identify + attend Career Fairs.
- Timely follow up and documentation of employee exit interviews.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role
- Recruiting experience with roles in amenity management, high-end hospitality, and/or recreation management preferred
- Passion about HR methods to improve recruitment, build strategy and develop a robust candidate pipeline
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes and use creative sourcing techniques
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS - experience with Fountain ATS and/or Workday is a plus
- Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
- Team player and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills

LOCATION
This is a hybrid position based out of LIVunLtd’s office in Huntersville, NC or New York, NY. 2-3 days in office will be required.
