Role Overview
We’re growing fast, and we're looking for a Logistics Manager to lead the post-sale rollout process for new clients. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of supply chain coordination, hardware shipping, onboarding project management, and internal logistics operations. From a single-location install to a 500-site rollout, you'll ensure every client launch is fast, smooth, and delightfully executed.
This is an on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Client Launches: Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding and rollouts.
- Project Planning: Build and manage detailed rollout plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder assignments.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Support, and Customer Success to deliver on-time, high-quality launches.
- Inventory & Delivery Oversight: Handle hardware procurement, shipping, delivery, and installation—including escalation and issue resolution.
- Account Provisioning: Set up Neon accounts, assign licenses, and ensure content and configuration are 100% accurate pre-launch.
- Training & Handoff: Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and hand off clients to the Customer Success team.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain rollout visibility using ClickUp or similar tools with real-time updates and reporting.
- Status Communication: Provide internal and external updates on project health, blockers, and next steps.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, client onboarding, or project management (ideally in SaaS, tech, or operations)
- Strong logistics management and supply chain coordination background
- Experience with inventory management and procurement
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with excellence
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, etc.)
- Familiarity with restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred
