Position: Director of Global Supply Chain

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Norman, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop global supply chain strategies for business growth
Oversee order fulfillment and logistics operations
Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes
Optimize inventory levels and warehouse utilization
Lead cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics processes
  
  Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
  - MBA or APICS, CPIM, CSCP certifications
  - Experience in IVD, medical device, or regulated life sciences industries
  - Knowledge of Lean or Operational Excellence principles
  - Experience with FDA or ISO 13485 quality systems
