The County of Volusia is seeking a Library Assistant for the Deltona Regional Library. This position is in the circulation section assisting the public at the checkout desk, assisting with checking in materials, processing new materials, managing patron reservations, as well as collection management in the stacks.
Library Assistant: Responsible for paraprofessional work such as maintaining library records, assisting patrons, and handling cash requiring knowledge of basic library service techniques and applying techniques to a specialized area of the library system.
