About The Role
The Associate Manager of Visual Operations will partner with the creative, production, and visual merchandising teams to support the in store and window elements process. This role is the primary link in communication between corporate and field with regards to visual merchandising and marketing in stores.
The impact you can have
- Act as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day management of the Creative and Production team workflow, collaborating with Project Managers and cross-functional leads to determining timelines, prioritization, and feedback flows, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Builds strong relationships with cross functional partners and works with Merchant, Planning and Allocation, and Marketing teams to intimately understand merchandising and marketing strategies
- Heavily participates in walk through presentation in the mock studio for monthly floor set
- Drafts weekly direction for visual merchandising updates and in-store marketing to the field
- Collaborate with Store Communications on direction to the field regarding the rollout of new fixture programs
- Oversees communication and direction of promotional activity in stores
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine creative processes, workflows, and tools to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and innovation.
- Own workflow calendars
- Monitor project progress, identify, and address potential roadblocks, and maintain a thorough understanding of project status, risks, and key milestones.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and allocate resources efficiently to meet budget and timeline.
- Work closely with the field team to track, respond and react to store callouts. Handle order status inquiries, daily order management, and special-order requests, including performing root cause analysis on order issues.
- Manage the store database for accuracy across all in store areas, fixtures, window props, mannequins, window counts, window flow, photography archive.
- Create and manage complex distribution lists for windows, in-store marketing, and fixture rollouts that directly affect budget decisions, production, and field communication.
- Partnering with visual merchandising to ensure store set direction for windows/marketing is accurate and all-encompassing.
- Create and keep up-to-date keep/purge lists for stores and vendors.
You'll bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of experience working in a creative environment.
- A thorough understanding of all Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
- Acute attention to detail
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize, solve and close issues.
- Formulate action plans quickly and implement solutions effectively through critical decision-making.
- Knowledge of the retail industry and competitors.

The target salary range for this role is: $65K - $70K.
