Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high-quality dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Excel to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze healthcare data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure accurate reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft SQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and support on data tools and dashboards to team members when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, with a track record of developing executive-level reports.
• Strong experience in data analysis and business intelligence within the healthcare industry.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with executive leadership and other teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data and reporting processes is highly desirable.
