As a Graphic Designer at MEDITECH, you\'ll play a key role in shaping
and maintaining our visual identity across a range of materials. From
concept to execution, you\'ll help bring our brand to life through
thoughtful, creative design. We\'re looking for someone who\'s both
detail-oriented and imaginative, able to take initiative but also work
well within a team. You should be comfortable juggling multiple
projects, open to feedback, and interested in learning new tools and
keeping up with design trends. This role is highly collaborative, with
regular opportunities to work closely with other designers and teams
across the company. In addition, a key part of this role involves
creating web graphics\'everything from homepage graphics,
advertisements, banners and promotional designs to support visuals for
online content. You\'ll collaborate with the web design team to ensure
that designs are not only visually strong but also functional and
aligned with our digital standards. As a member of our Marketing team,
your job would involve: Partnering with stakeholders to refine and
uphold MEDITECH\'s corporate design standards across all platforms
Championing brand consistency while exploring innovative design
approaches Designing and produce a diverse range of (but not limiting
to) digital and print materials, including, flyers, social media assets,
presentations, website images, and promotional content Creating
corporate marketing campaigns, ensuring designs resonate with target
audiences Working closely with (not limiting to) cross-functional teams,
including marketing, product development, executive teams and external
vendors, to ensure cohesive design output Serving as a design advocate,
presenting ideas and solutions to internal stakeholders Utilizing skills
in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After
Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express) and other relevant design tools
Staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to bring
fresh perspectives to projects. Requirements Expertise in using Adobe\'s
Creative Suite: Including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator and
InDesign Understanding of color principles and typefaces Must enjoy
working independently and more importantly, as part of a team Must be
able to see projects through-from concept to completion Must be highly
organized and be able to manage multiple projects at once Excellent
communication and troubleshooting skills Exceptional project management
and organizational skills A candidate who can think outside the box in a
confined space Applicable bachelor\'s degree Online Portfolio is a must.
This is a hybrid role which includes a blend of in-office and remote
work as designated by the management team.
