Who We Are:
The Orthodox Union (OU) is one of the largest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the United States. Founded in 1898, the OU supports a network of synagogues, youth programs, Jewish and Religious Zionist advocacy programs, programs for the disabled, localized religious study programs, and international units. The OU maintains a kosher certification service, whose circled U symbol is found on the labels of many kosher commercial and consumer food products.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to manage large-scale creative projects, timelines, and workflows. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in project management, who can ensure that creative, branding, and marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of creative workflows, content production, and cross-functional team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and workflows for all creative and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement best practices for project management, ensuring efficiency and clarity across teams.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Manage project management software (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) to track progress and ensure accountability.
- Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Continuously refine and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or comparable experience.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
