Job Summary:
The People and TA Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role within the People Operations team, providing essential systems and process support for all employees and managers utilizing Workday. This position emphasizes project testing and functional enhancement testing, particularly in Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and HCM Core areas. With a focus on problem-solving and effective communication, the analyst will also address Workmate issues through ticket resolution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct project testing and functional enhancement testing in Workday, focusing on Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and HCM Core.
- Provide troubleshooting support for Workmate issues through People Guide Requests (Ticket Resolution).
- Communicate findings and takeaways with the larger team to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR partners across various functions including Recruiting, Talent Experience, Total Rewards, Compliance, Belonging and Diversity, and Global Mobility.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to inquiries and issues raised by employees and managers.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) experience.
- Familiarity with project management principles related to system testing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in at least 2 of the following areas in Workday: Advanced Compensation (Annual Compensation Planning), Compensation Core (job profiles, Comp plans), Talent (Calibration), Recruiting (Offer Letters), or HCM Core (Testing - Hires, Change Job, Terminations).
- Preferred training in at least 2 of the following areas: HCM Core Consulting Core or HR Core for Administrators; Advanced Compensation Consulting Core or Compensation for Administrators; Recruiting Consulting Core or Recruiting for Administrators; Talent Consulting Core or Talent for Administrators.
