Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing large sets of structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights, develop predictive models, and help drive strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to solve real-world problems using data.
Duties
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to support business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
- Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and measure outcomes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the analytics lifecycle.
- Translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
