A client with Kforce is seeking a UX/UI Designer II to join their team in Mountain View, CA. SummaryL The UX/UI Designer is responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website. They will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all digital platforms. Responsibilities:
- Investigating user experience design requirements
- Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
- Utilize insights from in-depth research on sales operations to identify and address critical pain points and improvement opportunities within sales processes and technology applications
- Design solutions that set new industry standards and seamlessly incorporate AI and automation to tackle challenges in sales processes
- Develop AI-driven tools and workflows that standardize sales activities, enhance workflow proficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve lead management
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a unified customer data system that supports dynamic account management strategies tailored to diverse seller archetypes
- Lead the design refresh of end-to-end seller workflows to ensure a comprehensive and positive user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
- Technical Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of design-related technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite
- 3+ years of experience in interaction or product design, particularly in technology-driven solutions, with a preference for experience in sales or SaaS environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
