We're hiring a
Senior Vice President of Retail Experience to lead our branch network with vision, execution, and heart. This is a high-impact executive role that will champion our sales strategy, deepen member engagement, and lead a talented team through a time of transformation and growth.
🔑 In This Role, You Will
- Own and execute the long-term sales and experience strategy for our retail network, aligning it with Vibe's mission and growth goals
- Lead a high-performing team of regional leaders and branch managers, building a culture of support, accountability, and innovation
- Partner across the organization to shape member experience strategy and guide major initiatives including digital transformation and service evolution
- Drive results with data-informed decision-making and a deep commitment to service
- Manage the retail budget strategically - balancing innovation with operational efficiency

- Have 10+ years of senior leadership in financial services, including managing multi-branch networks
- Are a collaborative, empathetic leader who coaches through curiosity and listens deeply
- Can translate complex data into action and make people feel supported while you do it
- Know how to lead transformation while keeping people at the center of every decision
