We're seeking someone to join our team as a Strategy & Engagement Associate to collaborate on a strategic agenda for our global communications, talent development and employee engagement programs. You will work closely with the Global Strategy & Engagement Team, Global Head of Corporate Services and Chief of Staff, Global COO and extended leadership team and our partners in Corporate Communications and Human Resources to drive key initiatives critical to enabling the employee lifecycle and workplace experience.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Facilitate strategic events such as Open Forums, Open Doors with senior leaders, learning workshops, team meetings and other employee engagement opportunities.
- Assist with program management of our Intern, Analyst, and New Hire Onboarding programs.
- Contribute to the development of strategic communications plans for divisional projects, business initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Create materials and presentations for senior leadership meetings, strategic initiatives and programs as needed.
- Coordinate and strategize on content creation, review (planning, writing & editing) and distribution of division-wide communications across all channels, including presentation slides, email, newsletters and intranet sites.
- Project manage capabilities and deliverables to enhance team effectiveness and assist in driving accomplishment of team objectives.
- Develop and oversee metrics reporting around goal achievement, content and program engagement, and employee satisfaction and experience.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
