Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of a sophisticated recommendation engine to personalize notification targeting and optimize Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
- Develop and implement novel methodologies to determine the incremental real-world visits driven by ML-based targeting systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and build the next generation of infrastructure for targeting and serving notifications, leverage your deep expertise in ML and recommender systems. Drive deep, cross-functional partnerships with teams across Google—including the Google Notification Platform (GNP), User-Generated Content (UGC), and Consumer to align on strategy and execute complex projects.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and run large-scale experiments to identify new growth opportunities and validate the performance of your models and systems.
- Define and own the key success metrics for the notification ecosystem, present insights and progress to leadership and stakeholders to inform the long-term roadmap.
