Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Chicago, or New York.

The Go-To-Market Enablement (GTME) team empowers our customer-facing teams through world-class enablement experiences and infrastructure. This role sits within Enablement Tech Operations, a function of the GTME Centre of Excellence, and is critical to the operational delivery and performance insights of our global learning programs.
We are looking for an Enablement Systems Project Manager who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and highly collaborative. You will play a key role in learning operations, reporting, and project coordination — enabling scalable learning experiences and delivering meaningful insight into program performance. You’ll also help shape governance around the use, documentation, and reporting of enablement technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for learning events across lines of business via our LMS (Cornerstone)
- Build, maintain, and improve reporting dashboards and data visualizations related to learning performance and engagement
- Track training progress and generate insights to inform decisions, improve program design, and align to GTME OKRs
- Support the execution of projects and initiatives related to enablement systems, tools, and processes
- Contribute to shaping and maturing governance practices around enablement technology, including system usage, documentation standards, and reporting protocols
- Create and maintain project documentation, including status trackers, action logs, and meeting summaries
- Coordinate with Program Managers, Learning Specialists, and stakeholders to support delivery of global learning programs
- Maintain shared enablement calendars and respond to queries related to training initiatives and tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation, and introduce operational efficiencies
- Scale and socialize best practices across multiple workstreams and global stakeholders
- Use project tools (e.g., Airtable) to maintain project health, cadence, and documentation accuracy
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or learning operations
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools (e.g., Airtable)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale enablement or learning programs
- Familiarity with learning data metrics and reporting best practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity

The pay range for this role is $75,000- $123,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
