As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a driven and adaptable Warehouse Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse operations through this exciting phase of scale. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Supervision- Supervise, mentor, and develop a growing team of warehouse associates.
- Establish performance expectations and help team members grow with the company.
- Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
Daily Operations Management- Oversee all warehouse floor activities, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly fulfillment goals.
- Ensure operational efficiency and readiness, especially during peak demand.
Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight- Maintain accurate inventory levels and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure optimal layout and storage organization as the inventory footprint increases.
- Proactively address inventory discrepancies and implement long-term solutions.
Process Optimization & Scalability- Identify and implement scalable warehouse processes and systems to support expansion.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to evaluate current workflows and integrate automation or new technologies when appropriate.
- Prepare the warehouse for future capacity by optimizing space, staffing, and workflows.
Cross-Department Collaboration- Partner closely with Procurement, Customer Service, and Transportation to align fulfillment operations with broader company goals.
- Ensure seamless communication of warehouse activities and challenges across departments.
Strategic Planning & Reporting- Develop KPIs to measure warehouse performance and create action plans for improvement.
- Present regular performance updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of long-term logistics strategy in response to company growth and expansion plans.
Technology & Systems Management- Support implementation and scaling of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP integrations.
- Leverage data to guide decision-making and enhance efficiency.
- Evaluate and adopt new logistics technologies and tools as needed.
Requirements- 6+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a high-growth or high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to scale operations and implement process improvements.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools, and data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
