The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner and strategic advisor for our clients after the sale. You’ll guide implementations, drive product adoption, ensure value realization, and help us grow long-term relationships.
You’ll act as the voice of the customer internally and help AiFA Labs build a world-class customer experience engine.
This is a high-impact role that requires consultative depth, technical comfort, and a “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding and implementation planning, ensuring fast time-to-value.
- Own the customer relationship post-sale: adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders.
- Conduct regular check-ins, executive reviews, and strategic roadmap sessions.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to close them.
- Monitor account health, usage trends, and engagement to drive renewals.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver outcomes.
- Contribute to playbooks, onboarding materials, and process improvements.
You Should Apply If You
- Have 4–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
- Are comfortable navigating complex technical environments (SAP or similar).
- Thrive in fast-moving startups where you wear many hats.
- Know how to manage C-level relationships and day-to-day users alike.
- Are proactive, structured, and accountable. You don’t wait — you lead.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points If
- You’ve worked with enterprise IT or SAP clients.
- You’ve run software implementations before.
- You’ve worked in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
