We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Program Manager to support our Testing & Optimization team within the CDMO Business Accelerators. This contract role plays a key part in managing A/B testing initiatives and optimizing the consumer experience across our client’s ecommerce platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support UX experimentation, communicate performance insights, and ensure smooth execution of testing projects. 🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Manage key milestones in the A/B testing and qualitative research calendar
- Support coordination and QA of test deployments across web platforms
- Facilitate project updates, meeting recaps, and stakeholder communications
- Create and contribute to reporting decks with actionable consumer insights
- Maintain testing governance, tool usage protocols, and escalation procedures
- Collaborate across divisions to scale UX learnings and streamline processes
✅ What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in ecommerce, digital operations, or project/program management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with ecommerce KPIs, online user behavior, and UX best practices
- Experience with project tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Confluence
- Bonus points for experience with:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely)
- UX tools (e.g., Google Analytics, UserTesting, Glassbox, Looker)
