Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to oversee global logistics coordination, supply chain management, procurement, inventory tracking, and production scheduling of bottle digital printing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Logistics Coordination:
- Manage global logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain relationships with freight carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and monitor risks related to global supply chain disruptions
Supply Chain Management and Procurement:
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and equipment, ensuring alignment with quality, sustainability, and budgetary goals.
- Build strong supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Inventory Tracking:
- Manage inventory tracking systems to ensure accurate, real-time data on stock levels across global facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory with production schedules and customer demand.
Production Scheduling Oversight for Bottle Digital Printing Operations:
- Oversee the planning process for digital printing of bottles, coordinating with production, sales, and project management teams to schedule and prioritize printing operations based on demand and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or procurement.
- Proven expertise in global logistics, including freight forwarding, customs regulations, and multi-modal transportation.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management
- Experience with operations-related production scheduling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
