We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior executives in a fast-paced environment. This Contract to permanent position in Austell, Georgia, offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in scheduling, communication, and administrative management. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and maintaining confidentiality while contributing to the success of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring precise formatting and attention to detail.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including creating agendas, preparing materials, and documenting minutes or action items.
• Track and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies and deadlines.
• Oversee office administration tasks such as filing, maintaining supplies, and supporting onboarding processes.
• Assist with special projects and research to support broader departmental goals and initiatives.
• Proven experience managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Strong ability to arrange and coordinate travel, both domestic and international.
• Expertise in creating well-structured and accurate documents, including reports and presentations.
• Experience in organizing meetings and managing logistics effectively.
• Familiarity with expense tracking and reporting systems.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in office administration and organizational processes.
