Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives that span business units and technical functions. This individual will oversee multiple concurrent projects, define scope and objectives, estimate budgets, set timelines, and develop actionable project plans.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams, executive stakeholders, and external partners to guide projects from initiation through successful completion, making key decisions and removing roadblocks along the way. Key Responsibilities
- Develop project charters and scope statements and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Apply strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile).
- Partner with product owners to manage stakeholder communications and implement project governance.
- Lead day-to-day project execution across teams, ensuring milestone achievement and issue resolution.
- Monitor progress, manage scope, adjust schedules as needed, and oversee project budgets.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage and motivate project team members, ensuring meaningful contributions and accountability.
- Promote a sustainable, high-quality team performance culture, to delegate tasks effectively, aligning responsibilities with skill sets.
- Identify, document, and escalate risks in a timely manner.
- Communicate with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to and maintain the master project roadmap.
- Serve as an escalation point for project-related issues.
Essential Skills
- Experience (5-10 years) as a Project Manager with a focus on enterprise IT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and workflow tools.
- Skilled in process mapping and business flow analysis using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and well-developed documentation skills.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
- Effective time management and multitasking capabilities in dynamic work environments.
