Job Description
One of the fastest-growing and first licensed recreational cannabis dispensaries in NY is currently seeking a new Inventory Manager to join their team in the NYC Metro Area. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations, vendor relationships, and product strategy at our store. This role is critical to ensuring product availability, data accuracy, and smart inventory decisions that drive sales and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage a large, fast-moving inventory and collaborate cross-functionally to support operations, marketing, and merchandising. We’re seeking someone who is highly analytical, proactive with product suggestions, and capable of identifying what’s working — and what’s next.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory operations across platforms, including Dutchie and Alpine IQ
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure 15-day stock levels across key categories
- Analyze sales trends and product movement to identify new product opportunities, vendors, and category expansions
- Collaborate with vendors, creative teams, and ad partners to support promotions and menu updates
- Serve as a liaison with external vendors and assist with QA, scheduling, and HR support tasks in partnership with store leadership
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Cannabis experience is a must
- Experience with Dutchie required
