Key Responsibilities
- Lead all design transfer activities, ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and proactively manage risks.
- Inspire and activate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and suppliers to align on customer needs and technical requirements.
- Continuously improve project management tools and PMO governance.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective resource prioritization.
- Oversee employee performance and resolve workflow issues.
- Conduct deliverable reviews and quality spot checks.
- Manage internal projects from initiation through completion using formal project management methodologies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required)
- 6–8+ years of project management experience
- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Proven experience in the medical device industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Expertise in stakeholder alignment and resource management
- Familiarity with Change Orders (ECOs, ECRs)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Analytical mindset with sound judgment and decision-making skills
