Job Title: Project Manager - Restoration Services
Location: Hybrid role based in Irvine, CA

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage restoration projects, including fire and water damage restorations, insurance claims, and renovation projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
Supervise field employees, subcontractors, and third-party workers, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize project management software, such as Dash and Xactimate, for estimating project costs and maintaining cost containment.
Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans to mitigate risks.
Provide regular project updates and budget reports to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project manager in the restoration industry.
Proficiency in using project management software, specifically Dash and Xactimate.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations, contracts, and permit processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet strict deadlines.
