THE WORKAs an HR Assistant, you will report to and support the Director, Human Resources for the Sikorsky line of business and the Director of Labor Relations for the Rotary Mission Systems business area and will be responsible for daily administrative support in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, travel arrangements chart developments as well as preparing and distributing meeting materials, agendas and minutes. Additional responsibilities will include ad hoc support to the extended human resources and labor team. This position will also entail project work in the areas of New Employee Orientation logistics on a bi-weekly basis, Summer Intern Program, various data analysis, and other projects as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:• High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks.
• A minimum of 5 years of job related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products: Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Attention to detail: Ability to accurately and efficiently process and maintain confidential and sensitive information, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data analysis and reporting: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, with the ability to create and present reports to stakeholders.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
