Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential construction, with hands-on knowledge across multiple trades such as plumbing and electrical
- Ability to manage 4–6 projects simultaneously, with typical budgets ranging from $20K–$300K
- Strong leadership skills to foster a positive team culture and guide subcontractors toward timely project completion
- Excellent client communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
- Proficiency in MS Office and adaptable to other software platforms (such as Zoho)
- Ensure permits, inspections, and materials are handled promptly and efficiently
- Able to estimate and manage change orders and ensure all work stays within scope
- On-site, local travel only with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with bonus potential up to $50,000.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a gas card, 2 weeks PTO, and benefits beginning after 6 months of employment. Bonus opportunities are also available.
