Merzigo is currently seeking a results-oriented Director of Strategic Accounts to join our high-performing global business team based in New York.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships while proactively driving account success and long-term partnerships. You will also support new business development efforts as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, a sharp client-focused mindset, and a deep understanding of digital media platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts, ensuring retention and success.
- Analyze client data and performance for strategic optimization.
- Provide exceptional client support and promptly address issues.
- Collaborate internally to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Support new business development efforts as needed.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and client objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience and demonstrated executive presence.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Proven client/account management experience.
- Strong digital media background (YouTube & Facebook).
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote.

What We Offer
- Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually
