HireArt is helping our client find a Hardware Inventory Specialist to collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs.
In this role, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
As a Hardware Inventory Specialist, you will:
- Perform incoming quality inspections of electro-mechanical components for quantity, quality, and condition.
- Assemble component kits of various parts on BOMs while keeping good traceability of serialized assets.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
- Utilize inventory management software and tools to track, manage, and analyze inventory data.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Work with XF, procurement, and HW teams to forecast inventory needs in the near future.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Proficient with MacOS and Google Suite SW Products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), ongoing contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Mount Pleasant, PA area.
