THE ROLE
The Store Director (100 Hudson) will serve as the strategic and inspirational leader of our original flagship location, driving a culture of excellence through exceptional client experiences, entrepreneurial business development, and dynamic team leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Inspire and empower the team to achieve excellence through strategic training, consistent accountability, and a culture that celebrates performance and growth
- Formulate and execute business strategies with clear KPIs and tailored incentive programs to consistently exceed store sales targets
- Champion an elevated client journey, driving long-term loyalty and high-value relationships through personalized service and brand storytelling
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with local clientele and the broader community, staying attuned to evolving market dynamics and cultural moments
- Lead operational excellence across all functions, including expense control, stock optimization, inventory integrity, and shrink management
- Ensure impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising that reflect Thom Browne’s global standards and creative vision
- Drive performance across all product categories through strong styling acumen, strategic selling, and proactive client development
- Optimize CRM and clienteling tools to attract, engage, and retain high-value clients with a data-driven and personalized approach
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing, diverse team—fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and career growth
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Over 8 years of progressive leadership in luxury retail, demonstrating the ability to manage high-performing teams and drive business growth in flagship environments
- Deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand integrity
- A strategic thinker who proactively identifies opportunities for innovation and improvement, balancing creative vision with commercial acumen
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating brand narratives and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and nurturing long-term client relationships, utilizing CRM tools to personalize the shopping experience and drive customer loyalty
- Strong ability to mentor and develop diverse teams, creating a culture of continuous learning and high performance
- Expertise in managing store operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and visual merchandising, ensuring alignment with brand standards and financial objectives

- Competitive compensation. Salary range is $100,000 - $140,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
